As with anything in life, changes need to be made to adapt to family and personal needs.  Over the last two years, we have greatly enjoyed coaching over 50 different individuals in one form or another.  Since this business was never designed to be either of our full time occupations, we have decided that it is in the best interest of our family and personal health to no longer offer individual coaching plans.  Anyone who is a currently active client can stay on as an individually coached client until they become inactive.  Unfortunately, we will no longer be accepting new clients.

Our love for coaching and helping others is the biggest reason we started this business.  As such, we have decided to continue doing so in more of a group setting.  This will allow us to use our knowledge and passion in a way that enables us to help others while also giving back to the community.  The plan is to partner with various local races that support non-profit organizations.  For each race we partner with, a race specific training plan will be designed for any participant to purchase for a reasonable fee.  Some races will also have a group coaching format that can allow for participants to train with others.  Proceeds from the sale of plans and group training programs will go to support the non-profit organization that particular race supports.  For more information, please access our "Coaching Plans" page.

If you are looking for information regarding our affiliation with NUTRILITE and their sports nutrition line, then please access either our "Nutritional Products" tab or go directly to our Online Store powered by Amway.  If you are a new client looking to purchase supplements and/or sports nutrition products, please create an account.  Once you do so, we will go online (within 24 hours) and reformat your account to provide you with a new pricing structure that allows for a discount on all products.  Once that is done, an email will be sent to you and you will then be able to log back in and see the discount prices provided you for shopping on a regular basis.  Depending on the products you are looking to by, additional discounts may be available, but you will need to contact us in order to get more information on exact pricing / package options.
